·      Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

·      Mood Disorders

·      Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

·      Behavioural and emotion regulation difficulties

·      Intellectual Disabilities

·      Learning Disorders

I obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Clinical Developmental Psychology from York University (Toronto, Ontario) in 2015. In 2020, I completed a Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) accredited Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Developmental Psychology at York University. My graduate research was funded by provincial and federal scholarships, and I have co-authored publications in the areas of pediatric pain, distress regulation, caregiver sensitivity, and preschool attachment.

I have worked in a variety of settings including a school board (i.e., York Catholic District School Board), a mental health clinic in a community hospital, (i.e., Markham Stouffville Hospital), and a university clinic (i.e., York University Psychology Clinic). I completed my pre-doctoral internship at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. For my supervised practice, I completed therapy and assessments at a private mental health clinic. Additionally, I co-facilitated virtual cognitive behavioural therapy groups for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and anxiety at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital.

My approach to case conceptualization and treatment is guided by a Developmental Psychopathology framework in which I consider the interaction of biological, psychological, and social factors that contribute to a client’s presentation. My therapeutic approach is integrative, with a strong focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, while also implementing other therapeutic modalities (i.e., Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing) as appropriate. I aim to provide a supportive and collaborative environment to help children and adolescents build on their strengths and work toward their goals.

I have been registered for autonomous practice with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario since 2023.
