About Our Clinic

Rideauview Clinic is a premier private mental health practice located in the heart of historic Manotick Village, just 30 minutes south of downtown Ottawa. We support children, adolescents, families, and adults with skilled, compassionate, and evidence-based care. Our team offers comprehensive assessment, therapy, and consultation, including psychoeducational, gifted, and developmental evaluations, tailored to each client’s needs. We work closely with families, schools, and community professionals to ensure clear communication and optimal outcomes.

We pride ourselves on fostering a warm, collaborative, and highly supportive professional environment. Our newly renovated, bright, and fully furnished offices offer a serene clinical setting, with select offices featuring views of the Rideau Canal. The clinic is centrally located within walking distance of local amenities, historic sites, and outdoor spaces.

Our Professional Standards

We are committed to providing care that is knowledgeable, compassionate, and focused on client well-being and resilience. Our current team consists of doctoral-level psychologists from Canadian Psychological Association (CPA)–accredited programs and master’s-level psychologists with extensive supervised experience. Every team member is registered with their respective regulatory college, upholding the highest professional and ethical standards. We welcome clients from all backgrounds and are dedicated to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and confidential environment.

Who We Are Seeking

We are expanding our team and looking for more psychologists to join us. We invite applications from dedicated autonomous or supervised practice psychologists (members of the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario - CPBAO) who share our commitment to clinical excellence.

We offer flexible practice models, including part-time in-person office rentals and full-time or part-time virtual associate opportunities. Virtual associates also have access to in-person testing blocks for those who would also like to conduct psychoeducational testing but prefer working from home.

For associates utilizing our physical office space, we provide a turnkey practice environment:

  • PHIPA-compliant encrypted email and secure web forms (Hushmail).

  • Access to Jane App (PHIPA-compliant software for scheduling, billing, charting, and secure virtual care).

  • Access to BastionGPT (a secure, PHIPA-compliant AI clinical assistant for healthcare providers).

Virtual Associate Options

Virtual associates benefit from our digital infrastructure and referral network. Additionally, virtual associates who conduct psychoeducational assessments receive access to two three-hour in-person testing blocks per month within our physical clinic.
